Security Guarding All RRS Security Ltd Security Guards and Door Supervisors are SIA Licensed and vetted to British Standards. We also require our staff to have the following:
Experience:
  • Previous Experience in Operating As A Security Guard is Essential
Skill & Knowledge:
  • Excellent Verbal & Written
  • Communication Skills
  • Proactive & Reliable
  • Able To Work Effectively & Efficiently Within A Team or On A Single-Officer Contract
  • A Mature & Responsible Attitude To Work
  • Confidence To Challenge People Where Necessary
  • The Ability To Use Your Initiative And Make Quick Decisions To Deal With Unexpected Situations
  • The Ability To Use Technical Equipment, Such As CCTV Or Alarm Systems
Education & Certification:
Valid SIA Licence in Security Guarding
  • Good Level of English Language is Essential
  • Level 2 National Certificate in Security Guarding
Door Supervision
Experience:
Previous Experience in Operating As A Door Supervisor is Essential
Skill & Knowledge:
  • Excellent Verbal & Report Writing Skills
  • Proactive & Reliable
  • Able To Work Effectively & Efficiently Within A Team or On A Single-Officer Contract
  • A Mature & Responsible Attitude To Work
  • Confidence To Challenge People Where Necessary
  • The Ability To Use Your Initiative And Make Quick Decisions To Deal With Unexpected Situations
Education & Certification:
  • Valid SIA Licence in Door Supervision
  • Good Level of English Language is Essential
